KFC - Ottawa

This was the worst experience I have ever had! I have never encountered such an arrogant and unprofessional person before. This man, who appeared to be in his 40s or 50s, should consider a different career. I ordered a taco, but there was very little meat inside. When I complained about it and asked for another one, they refused to make it. Not to mention the cold and tasteless fries and the sauce haphazardly thrown on my food. It was absolutely horrible.

The epitome of unhealthy preparation of what could be healthy food. Massive amounts of salt and fat that is deep fried with few healthier choices. Tastes great, but at what cost? Their formula makes them money around the world, so they will be around for a long time.

We were looking for a place with free wifi and food and KFC came by. We usually avoid KFC for health reasons, but they did have a sandwich option that wasn't too bad and they had good wifi. There are so many other options to eat in the area, that this would not be a preferred place to eat(and this place could use a facelift and some cleaning), but the food was ok, the wifi was good and the service was very fast so a good option if you are looking for those things.

I have had multiple issues with this restaurant. The owner is extremely rude. I visited on June 11th, 2021 and ordered a quesadilla that was not cut into quarters as it should have been. I recommend saving your money as there are better restaurants in the food court.

The food I ordered was all over the packaging. This was my first time having a bad experience at any KFC.
