We visited this gelato shop during the bustling opening weekend of the tulip festival, and I was impressed by the prompt and friendly service we received, despite the large crowd. The staff took the time to explain the ingredients of the various gelatos, showing remarkable patience and cheerfulness throughout our visit. As for the gelato itself, it’s simply outstanding. Honestly, I can't understand why anyone would choose the other gelato place when this gem is available. It’s clearly made in-house and has an authentic Italian taste. My boyfriend and I even found a cozy table where we could relax and fully enjoy our gelato. We will definitely be returning!

I enjoyed a vegan hazelnut and tiramisu gelato that was an almost transcendent masterpiece, paired with a coffee that boasted a deep complexity rivaling some fine whiskeys. The staff were wonderful, and the dining room was open to the refreshing summer breeze, complemented by gender-neutral bathrooms. This place truly stands out, even amidst the incredible charm of ByWard Market.

I absolutely adore this place! The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding. I visited Naples this summer, and the ice cream at this Ottawa location tastes just like the gelato I had in Italy. Their coffee is amazing as well. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in the city!

The decor is lovely, but the real highlight is the gelato. The flavors are rich, fresh, and vibrant, transforming the usual bland, white gelato I’ve had before. I'm truly impressed and thrilled that this business is elevating gelato in Ottawa!
