Took over 1 hours for them to givee the wrong order. Terrible staff, who weren't even able to make stuff on the menu.

I will discuss the flavors of the dough, sauce, and spices. They are all delicious and will surely leave you smiling. The vegetarian options are also quite good, as usual.

I had a good experience at this restaurant overall. The pizza I ordered was delicious, but there was a slight mix-up with my pickup order. I told the server my name and what I ordered, but there was some confusion about the toppings and phone number. In the end, the pizza I received had to be reheated at home. I learned that using a phone number for identification would be helpful in the future. I also think the staff could benefit from double-checking orders and using phone numbers for accuracy.

I parked my car like everyone else and went next door. When I returned to Pizza Pizza, I saw a guy writing a parking ticket. This instantly killed my appetite and made me not want to eat at Pizza Pizza again. The restaurant's service and management laughed when I mentioned this to them, and told me to take it up with the city of Ottawa. Although my 5 kids love their pizza, they also enjoy pizza from other places. I anticipate receiving the typical response from the Pizza Pizza communication team, advising me to contact them via email to resolve the issue. It seems like they may be paying off the parking enforcement officers to hang around the area.
