Always disappointing, they don’t know how tomake it right!

I’m a regular customer in this location all workers are nice and seems like they having fun working everytime I come, you barely see this on other stores but this Sunday Nov. 26 I came to get my regular and I notice a Asian girl with a highlight hair just walking around watching the people work. While waiting for my drink I notice a horrible situation this Asian girl start yelling to the tall girl and all the workers look terrified. To management if you won’t notice this and won’t do anything you’re going to lost good people I always come here because they all nice I always see the tall girl smiling and laughing with others but this Asian girl with highlights is terrible she looks like a manager she doesn’t deserve it. I know I always see her at Bayshore location and all people there looks unhappy.She technically humiliate the tall girl Infront of the workers and customers.if I’ll be visiting the store again I’ll definitely ask the girl to apply in my work instead.

God forbid you dare ask for help with your order !If you don’t know how to do it in the self order screens the attitude you get from EVERYONE behind the counter is terrible.

You order on the screen and they prepare it. I order the mango diamond slush with tapioca. It was delicious. The price might be a little steep for a slushie but the taste was good.

There are various drinks of all kinds and you would find something that you would enjoy easily. The drinks are customizable and for example you can have a drink with more or less honey according to your taste.The seats are limited and somehow not comfortable.
