Shawarma Factory - Ottawa

This is my favorite shawarma place in Ottawa I have been to this location multiple times, and each time I am there I get excellent service.

Ottawa has a lot of shawarma places, but this place is my current favourite It's on the corner of O'Connor and Gloucester.

Dropped by here for lunch with a friend, first time visiting.Food was good & tasty (inline with other comments). My issue is with the service - at no point was I asked about what I wanted in my sandwich (nor my friend in his salad) - they automatically assume you want everything. The only thing they ask about is the sauce. Similarly, with the potatoes, I got a massive amount of garlic sauce without any inquiry as to me even wanting it.Prices were good, with a sandwich combo coming to a slightly lower price than i was expecting.

The food was very good, I had a chicken shawarma combo with the potatos. The shawarma was very good and so were the potatos. They need to work out the ordering process as it could be much more efficient...
