Sí Señor Mexican Street Food - Ottawa

We had a delightful dinner at Sí Señor. The outdoor terrace really captures the essence of a Mexican fonda. We tried the taco combination, the cheese poblano tamal, and the quesabirria, all of which were delicious. The salsas were flavorful, and the portion sizes were very satisfying. They offer traditional Mexican drinks like Jarritos, and the meal even comes with a mini churro for dessert. The service was excellent and prompt. We appreciated their effort to reduce plastic by encouraging guests to bring their own cutlery. We will definitely return!

According to the Mexican crickets, this is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Ottawa. The restaurant features a beautiful, fully shaded terrace in the backyard of a charming early 1900s house. With temperatures reaching 32°C today and no air conditioning inside, dining on the terrace is essential. I visited based on the recommendation of the staff and tried the quesabirrias. At first, I was concerned about their oily, soggy appearance, but they turned out to be absolutely delicious. As the menu clearly states, they are prepared in consomme, which enhances their flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back again!
