Starbucks - Ottawa

A person seems to make all drinks. a person seems to be walking around in a goalless manner. a person works on the road. another person without uniform was also behind the counter. I introduced a mobile order five minutes before the arrival and had to wait ten minutes in the load. When I pointed out that they only seem to be a person, the answer was if that were the case, we would have closed the load again. I would recommend leaving the person with the blue hairs. I never really see that they do something useful, except to go back and forth touching dinge look too busy.

However, my experience in the drive-thru wasn't great. I had to repeat my order multiple times, only to discover they had run out of Splenda. When I asked about alternatives, the girl working there suggested they had Stevia, and I said that was fine. I ordered two coffees for my mom and me, both with cream, and despite repeating that several times, my coffee arrived black with no cream. The place wasn’t even busy, but I noticed the staff chatting and laughing as I approached the window. When I finally received my coffees, the staff member handed them to me without making eye contact and didn’t provide any napkins, which felt unprofessional. Also, I’ve noticed that the bathroom at this location is rarely cleaned. Fortunately, there are plenty of other cafés to choose from. Honestly, with the way things are run, the homeless man I see on my way out might make a better manager!

I don't quite understand the fuss over a Starbucks review, but I have to say that the staff here are exceptionally friendly, and they really seem to enjoy their work!

Hi I am finding that the coffee at this particular location tastes very sour. It causes my stomach to feel off. Could someone please verify that the coffee maker is clean and working properly? I only have this problem at this location and it happens very consistently. Thanks.

This summer, my favorite drink has been the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It's absolutely amazing!
