Subway - Ottawa

There is a man who works at this restaurant, I believe he is the manager or owner. He appears very unfriendly while working, avoiding eye contact and rudely only speaking to customers when necessary, such as to announce the price of their food. He is the main reason why myself and my colleagues now choose to avoid dining at this Subway location. His lack of hospitality makes customers feel unwelcome and more like an inconvenience when ordering their sub.

The two female employees at this restaurant were inefficient and lacked basic skills, particularly in operating the cash register. It appears that they are either inexperienced or simply unmotivated. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The owner forces staff to work in unsanitary conditions with sewage backup throughout the restaurant. When a employee refuses to work under these disgusting circumstances, the owner refuses to pay her wages. This is unethical, immoral, and absolutely disgusting. The Ottawa health unit and Ministry of Labour have been contacted, and other staff members have confirmed that this is a regular occurrence. I'm relieved I never ate there and suggest you stay away as well.

Maninder is such an amazing worker.. all by herself on an overnight and had amazing speed and customer service! Was worried that she was all alone by herself working but she was absolutely amazing..

Eh it’s subway so the food is always mid but i went in to ask for a cup of ice and they told me they ran out of cups lol. i asked for a soup container or smtn and they were trying to charge me for a soup. very cheap. had to hit ‘em with the one star for that madness.
