Subway - Ottawa

Worst customer service, one of the staff was so rude at the counter and doesn’t know how to handle customers patiently. Better to go to another area. He was aggressive and not safe to go with kids.

Worst customer service by the evening guys!!!one of them wanted us to basically leave the store without ordering…he should definitely not be in customer service…rude and aggressive behaviour…refused to give us manager info when requested…was there with kids and family and will never return back..not a safe place for kids or families!!!aggressive staff when you ask questions about food

Horrible place. Bad service. The owner is rude. And I found frozen fruit flies in my ice. Disgusting!

Staff is okay but they cheap out on the ingredients. The guy making the sub had a full scoop of steak and purposely emptied a quarter of it back into the rest of the meat and he barely gave me any vegetables.
