Everytime I come to this location inside the stlaurent mall, Josh the manager is super polite and friendly always listens to my request. Food and veggies are always fresh. Overall better than any subway in ottawa. Makes you always wanna eat here.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options

I have eaten here twice in the last two days while I am in Ottawa on business. Yesterday the sub and service was what you would expect. Today, the sub was surprisingly fresh, the staff very friendly, and they stuffed my sub full of veggies. I was impressed as I haven't seen this happen at a subway in years. I'd highly recommend this place if you happen to be at St. Laurent Shopping Mall.

I went in yesterday around 7:15 pm. The food was good, but the man cashier cheated by adding a tip to my bill as dine in while it was take out. Check your bill before making a payment.
