I recently ordered their Canadian Charcuterie platter for our wedding party. I had sent a couple of emails asking if there were nuts and if possible could we make this nut free. After about three weeks I decided to call and the lady on the other end was so rude and made me feel like I was dumb for asking. I also asked about delivery and she just would repeat my questions back to me like I was wasting her time. The wedding day came and instead of getting my Canadian platter at noon like I had scheduled and paid for I received a Mediterranean platter at 10 am. No one noticed till we were upstairs and they don’t answer the phones or return emails, so this was a waste of money as we didn’t have a fridge so by the time noon came around for lunch no one was interested. Terrible.

We had a recent event for a celebration of Life and all the food was excellent , everyone commented on it. We would recommend this facilities for any catering event.

Wow! What a cake, the best I’ve ever ordered! So fresh, light, flavourful! Very fairly priced! Will be back again for sure!

I had pre-ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and received a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. I had called the store 3 times to talk to a manager, each time leaving my name and number, each time someone telling me a manager would call me back. I never rec’d a call back. The last person I talked to was extremely rude and even asked me to return the cake. I would have if someone would have called me back the first time I called but I threw it out afterwards because no one in my family eats vanilla cake. My son (who the cake was for) was beyond disappointed as he truly hates vanilla cake and was looking forward to the chocolate cake. The customer service is beyond atrocious. I can’t tell you what the cake tastes like because I didn’t eat it. For a party of 30 people it shows how many people took the cake. What a huge waste of money and food.
