Thai Express Ottawa

Disgusting, reheated old food. The rice is pasty not at all like other other locations I ordered from. This is disrespectful.

Thai Express was delicious I especially enjoyed the wings. Doordash was fast and efficient. Thank you!

Small part of the ‘Thairacha chicken’ for 15$. the taste was ok. not much to say about the staff, except they were present?.

I've been to this store twice and both times have been a disaster. This most recent time I decided to give it a second chance and boy was I wrong. I ordered a chicken pad Thai with just a very little spice and a chicken stir fry with medium spice. Both meals were insanely spicy, both my girlfriend and I couldn't even finish our meals, straight to the garbage. Upon contacting Thai Express we got nothing except a thanks for your feedback no coupon, voucher, discount or refund. Needless to say I won't be a Thai Express customer for a long time and I'm absolutely certainly never coming back to this location.

Amazing place! Great food and friendly staff. Will definitely come here anytime I'm in the Trainyards area.
