The place is near empty of customers but full of staff today. Staff that can't get food to their customers in a timely or professional manner. Also, saw a roach last time I was here. Gave it a second change. Wouldn't give a third ?
The place is absolutely horrid. Drive through staff on Dec 2 at 11:00 rude and getting all the orders wrong. Refused to rectify the issue.
Always busy, and if you to drive in there is a long queue to order. And if you go in person, then they don’t pay attention a lot as they have many customer awaiting in drive in.
Ordered a toasted bagel and got a freezing cold bagel. also had a cockroach just crawling around like a petting zoo or
