Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Asia is fantastic! She is extremely friendly and always brightens up my morning.

The only positive aspect of this Tim Hortons is its convenient location. I ordered a mocha with a croissant. The croissant was decent, but the mocha could have been improved.

One of the staff members is extremely rude. They definitely need some basic training. Also, our order was prepared incorrectly.

Great Tim Hortons location. They are providing really good service, despite crazy traffic. Coffee is good, and the place is clean. There is not much seating inside but there is plenty of nice places to enjoy your coffee outside.

I was just here for lunch and the poor worker in the sandwich station was clearly struggling while several other employees including the manager were standing around laughing. Several people who ordered ahead of me didn't get there order and told the manager of this issue and told her to get someone to help the girl on the sandwich station and she didn't seem to care much. It's literally 12:00 pm you should organize your staff better to accomodate for the busy lunch hour.
