Tim Hortons - Ottawa

I absolutely love this location! I pretty much live there. I am there every single day because of good the service is, the staff and the cleanliness. The manager Mitsi is the absolute best! She is a great boss and most importantly, she is very enthusiastic and has great customer service!! I don't go elsewhere unless I am out of town!

A small Tim Hortons place that only offers take-out. It is located inside a QuicKey convenience store at a gas station on Bronson Ave. There is no seating, either inside or outside the place. But service is fast, staff is friendly, and coffee is hot and good. Their menu is limited but they have all the classic breakfast menu items.

Great customer service and even went above to mark which sandwich was as different toppings. Unfortunately their ice machine wasn’t working so our regular go to peach quencher was more of a slushy but it was actually very good this way! Can’t say anything good about the gas station side of the store though….

This location is convenient because it is located in a Quickie Convenient Store as well as a Drummond’s Gas Station. It is a smaller scale Tim Hortons but the staff is very efficient and friendly. Coffee and food is always delicious and fresh. Every time I have purchased anything from here it comes out very quickly. The store is always kept clean. I like this Tim Hortons a lot and feel very comfortable coming here. I definitely will come back. It is not twenty four hours like the Quickie Store is but it does open very early.
