Lindner Hotel Hagenbeck am Tierpark in Hamburg I can only give it to anyone who likes it cozy, furnished with attention to detail, friendly...shortly: relax and relax!!!

Were the days at Binshof....The applications were great. We were very spoiled. Great. ABER, the wellness area itself was a joke. 60 euros for the day ticket and nowhere a couch for free. There were signs everywhere that the beds should not be permanently covered with towels. But not many people have stuck on it. The result was that there were no free beds and we had to constantly search for 2 free beds. Despite a double request from me to the staff that you should take care of it, nothing happened. I was also at the reception and nothing happened. We didn't get a discount either. So I cannot recommend this wellness area!

We had a room on the ground floor in early September and the window was tilted when we went to dinner. Apparently the window had a book protection. When we came back from dinner, we broke into our room. Until the police arrived and everything had happened, it was already after 1.00. Everything in the room was stirred, also our pillows and the cosmetic bags. All bags were hurled or emptied. My husband's phone was stolen. After three months, the hotel management has written us a lapidar letter and proved all responsibility after I had asked to deal with it. We could use the spa all day after an almost sleepless night! Otherwise there was no reaction. On a wellness weekend we definitely understand something else! The restaurant is really bad. We had a buffet, the quality of the food was really underground. We will definitely not eat there anymore! Positive is the wellness area that is really great. The only criticism is that there could be more breasts.

I don't know the hotel rooms, but I evaluate the wellness area, which is really beautifully designed with different saunas, bathrooms, outdoor area,... and there are different price classes, depending on your desire... walking is also a beautiful lake landscape that invites you to discover.
