From crossing to Louvain-La-Neuve this noon, we wanted to eat quickly for one after noon shopping.... It was far from being the case. After 20 minutes, we only receive the card. Once the order was placed, we were never served... After no less than an hour of waiting we decide to leave without even having Mangé. Once the waitress warned of our desire to leave, this one did not even try to stop us and we simply pointed out that there was no problem. One thing is certain, we will not come back to this place that has greatly disappointed us.

Terrible service, it’s like they are trying to make you go away. Very slow even outside rush hours. But unfortunately the only place with decent food in the enclosed part of L’esplanade. The chef is doing a great job.
