Feedback gevenGood morning, in fact I had a reservation at your establishment on November 25, 2023. On November 24, 2023, I was admitted to intensive care in Metz following a respiratory problem. My partner contacts you early in the morning to explain our situation...it was already not easy for her to spend the weekend in the intensive care unit rather than in yours! So now that I'm back on my feet I want to express myself... I am extremely disappointed with your establishment and the way you act with your customers in difficulty! We had enough to provide you with proof of hospitalization to prove our good faith! We really wanted to come to your establishment to have a good time...so we were not asking for a refund! just a credit so that we can return to your establishment and erase this bad memory. But you decided otherwise by charging us 570 euros (entire stay), you added a problem to this ordeal which was already hard for us. Humanly you were 0! I would like to emphasize this and I am disappointed to the highest degree, we who are lovers of Alsace and the hotel industry that it has a bitter taste that you have left us. Kind regards Mattéo
Passing through the hotel for work, I discovered a real haven of peace.!! From the moment you enter, you are pleasantly welcomed, the hostesses even offer to accompany you to explain how the hotel works. Let's talk about the extras, we discover a real SPA corner, very well maintained and very quiet, which allows you after your working days or your days in general to take some time for yourself and rest. The rooms, for me some improvements to make, bathroom and decor (that's really just to say there has to be a negative point). Let's finish with the restaurant and its team, you will discover a lounge area so you can sit down and have an aperitif in peace just before the meal. I had two unforgettable evening meals, the quality and rigor of the dishes offered will remain engraved, surprised not to find more culinary rewards for the chef. Overall it was wonderfully good. For the server team, there is discretion and exemplary know-how. The service, like the cuisine, is worthy of a star. Very good memory of Ali who during the service will bring you his knowledge to support you as best as possible. In any case, thank you for your rigor, it’s really a pleasure to be welcomed like that. Good luck to the team. Rooms: To be modernized, but otherwise we sleep very, very well and really very quiet Food drinks: Worthy of a star, deserves to be much more rewarded.
