Excellent gourmet meal, tastes sought after and out of the ordinary. Service, decors and perfect atmosphere. At the level of the hotel which is also excellent.

Very good dishes, a healthy and tasty cuisine and a nice selection of wines. The service is fast and efficient and the very pleasant staff, especially the original Italian server.

Disappointment at service level mainly: We had booked a table for dinner at 20:10, but said that we wanted to take the aperitif on the terrace. Once our aperitif is finished, we head to the restaurant where we are told that the kitchen closes at 20:45 and that we could no longer be served (it was 21:05 . We explain that we had asked to take the aperitif outside, and that no one came to tell us of the closing time, nor did it show up to invite us to sit down. The waitress teaches in the kitchen to install us, but we had to take a dish directly (no entry and when we took the order, we immediately ask what we wanted as a dessert. We order a bottle of wine (120€ . We are served quickly. Unfortunately, we had to get up several times to serve our wine (which was placed on a central dessert in the middle of the restaurant, as well as to serve us with bread (with a cheese plate it’s better). In order to release the servers, we ask to take our coffee/digestive at the hotel bar, to allow them to finish. After passing in front of the barmaid that was chatting with customers, we set up at the bar. After 15 minutes of waiting and always nobody to take our order, we decide to leave. By going to pay our note at the reception, we are asked if everything went well. We explain that no, and tell him what happened. We are then invited to relocate to the bar to take our order. We decline. No commercial gesture. Nothing. The meal was good, without extravagance, but effective. On the other hand, we felt too much. We would have finally preferred that they would not accept us. Because at 245€ for 2 dishes, 2 cheese plates and a bottle of wine, we expected a little more careful service.

I do not understand the opinion of Michelin! The cuisine has no taste! A matted beef net that is not! Agree for the "gastronomic" presentation but you need to know how to stay reasonable on the quantities! We're feeling sick! The wine list is presented in the form of stapled leaves on the top left! Staff forget to serve you! In conclusion, nothing is at the height, total disappointment
