The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy displayed by your staff and management is truly disheartening. First and foremost, before arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay the full charges in advance. However, my expectations were shattered right from the beginning. In the middle of the night, the electricity was abruptly cut off by the owner. This unexpected disruption left me in complete darkness, feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. When I sought assistance from the staff, no one responded or came to my aid. The lack of response and assistance in such a situation is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to customer service. Upon checking out, I politely inquired about the reason behind the sudden power outage. However, the owner failed to provide any explanation or justification. This evasive behavior only added to my suspicion that there may have been ulterior motives for cutting off the electricity. Such behavior is unprofessional and raises serious questions about the ethics and transparency of your establishment. Furthermore, I must emphasize the severe lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The room I was provided was far from satisfactory—it was dirty, with stained sheets, and a strong odor permeating the air. The overall hygiene standards were below par, leaving me with a sense of discomfort and concern for my well-being. Finally, I must mention the consistently poor service I encountered during my stay. The staff members were unhelpful, indifferent, and showed a complete disregard for the needs and concerns of the guests. From their dismissive attitude to their lack of responsiveness, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for your team. In light of these multiple and significant issues, I strongly advise you to reevaluate your operational practices and prioritize the comfort and safety of your guests. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent future guests from enduring such a disappointing experience. I await your prompt response and hope to hear about the actions you plan to take to rectify these matters. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience on various online platforms and review websites, in order to caution potential guests about the substandard quality of service provided by your hotel.
