Chez Carole - Ouessant

We went there one Saturday night after booking, preferable because the room was filled tonight! carole only manages the reception, the kitchen and the service in the room. So the wait can be a little long, especially as it takes care of a table at a time. However, the cakes are so good! The dough alone is delicious, tasteful and melting with just what you need to crunch. My favorite remains the goat (goat cheese, buckwheat honey and bacon). with my spouse we took each two cakes, and finished with the homemade apple crêpe, caramel and roasted almonds, which is garnished and greedy to wish. We had taken a bottle of organic cider, my man who is not a cider fan in general loved, I found it rather bitter and unsweetened. green tea with flowers passes very well at the end of meals. and what about her adorable dog who walks in the room and that you can caresss. Sure, it can get a few but we found it really great, it welcomes us in her restaurant, it's atypical, true and simple. a good address for all those looking for authenticity.

The best pancakes, it is in this cosy little restaurant, with a super-year but very authentic look. the pancakes are organic, light but well beurred, crispy and deliciously garnished with the best products of the island or the region: divine andouille, generous bacon, honey, homemade salted butter caramel, ... in short, an address in gold.

The kitchen is part of the restaurant room and by looking closer we have some doubts about the hygiene of this establishment. a single sink filled with soapy water in which diped dishes, a large basin (singe) *used for the cake dough. and above all wrong card because the interesting honey that appears there was not available and apparently it is not the first time that it happens. residents of our host room coming every year told us that we could never have eaten. it looks like a scam as much as the prices are far superior to the crêperie of the stang in the town. You're a bof!

Bucolic interior, funky chicken on the outside, light and refined pancakes on the plates. We tried 2 other crêperies on the island: this one is very widely above the lot!ideal to taste it.
