What a great little shop! Has some really good meat, salsa, sodas, chips and dessert bread. We stayed close and stopped leaving with a ton of goodies! If you are in Ouray or go through, I definitely recommend stopping and checking it out. Unique must see space in Ouray Colorado.

It's accidentally stopped. I have a few sausages that boiled amazingly, and the Elch Summer sausage is great. The prices were very reasonable. Even got some advice as I cure my own bacon, amazing shop with large employees / owners

I made beef stew with meat from Ouray Meat And Cheese. Honestly, it was the best beef stew I've ever done. The meat was amazing. Keep the good work Ouray M

I cannot thank the heavens more for this beautiful gem of a shop. I am a San Francisco kid who grow up in a cheese shop so moving to a small town in Colorado and discovering this place is more then I could have asked for. They have everything you need even pickled goods. Okay no fresh produce but you've got the market across the street. This place really is a one stop shop. Also the folks who work there are absolute sweethearts. Part of going there is also to chat with them.
