Loved the patio (in September; North facing).Calazones We're huge, easy to reheat, and we had enough left over for lunch for 2 days!Parking: You'll have to look around a bit for parking place, but it is worth it!

If you're reading this, this is your sign to go eat at Buffalo State Pizza. You will not be disappointedGreat pizza? Yes. Can customize tooGreat beer? Yes and constantly rotatedGreat vibes? Duh. Also, service is great and restaurant is very clean.

I love a good charr, like a coal fired oven, which this place is not. But this pizza was burnt, and tasted like dirty oven. Clean. Your. Ovens! Bottom of pizza had charred nasty flour from the oven. Ive been before and it was delicious. This was not. They also lost our ticket, and didnt bring our food out for waaay too long. Staff was friendly, no complaints about the people. Just disorganized, and clearly needed oven cleaning.

First time there and after reading many reviews I was a bit disappointed. The pizza was good but not great... crust was soggy and a little greasy. Dude that was manager I guess was a bit rude with me when I asked if they had any dark beers on tap. He said nobody drinks those in the summer...he is wrong. Seats not comfortable...I will say the individual slices were huge. I might give it one more try but so many other great pizza places in the city will be tried before I return to Buffalo State.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! My sister and I decided to go on a recent Saturday night. The closing time was 10 PM and we walked in at 9 PM. One hour before close and ALL of the chairs were put up on tables, so it was obvious there would be no place to sit. Fortunately it was nice outside so we decided to stay and eat outside. When we went to order, we were told the only thing we could order were slices of pizza, not a whole pizza. OK, I can live with that. So we ordered and went outside. When our salads came, they were the wrong salads, but that was OK too. I tend to be pretty flexible about these things. Our pizza slices came and they were pretty good too. However, at 9:45 I needed more napkins and a to go box. I went to the front door and it was locked! 15 minutes before closing time and I could not get in the front. The employees all saw me at the door and knew I was an existing customer. So I went to the side door. When I got there, a gal was just finishing locking the door and walked away LAUGHING! Thought it was pretty funny to beat me to the door. So I stood there and knocked on the door until a worker finally came to ask what I needed. The attitude there is that the customers are a bother and they would rather go home than do their jobs. If there had been a sign on the door that they were closing early, or if they had at least said they were trying to get out early, I could have been OK with that. But they were very rude to have locked the door in my face and not want to attend to existing customers.My family went to the same place a couple of months prior and they got our order all wrong. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
