Cava - Overland Park

Anthony gave wonderful service. I’m so happy that CAVA finally came to Overland Park!

Food was great and had tons of flavor! The only reason I took away a star is because there could have been a little more meat included with the dish.

I love this place! I got a custom bowl with green mix, white rice, spicy chicken, spicy meatballs, most of the veggies, and three dips (tzatziki, harrissa, and red pepper hummus). It was the perfect combo IMO. The dining room is spacious, clean, well ventilated, and well lit. And they have plenty of outdoor seating on the patio. Easily one of my favorite restaurants!

Went there with my sister to celebrate a birthday and neither of us knew what to expect. We had heard good things about it but wanted to try it for ourselves. It was moderately crowded when we arrived a little early but much busier as we were finishing up later so I would recommend having an early lunch if you want it to be quick. We’ve been here several times and I just wanted to give Anthony a shout out. He’s great. My girlfriend has a lot of food restrictions and needs to know a lot of the ingredients and ingredient lists for several items. Anthony was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and all-around friendly the entire time, many times. Every time that we’re here and he’s here, we know it’s going to be a good experience.
