Chipotle Mexican Grill - Overland Park

Went to this chipotle around 8:00PM on 7/31 and had terrible service. The brunette girl in the line was EXTREMELY rude to us and 2 other customers we saw. She may have been just having a bad day, but it was mind blowing.Also, the guy doing the check out was extremely rude to a separate customer from us as well. Almost confrontational to the customer. Completely out of line and unnecessary.If I was the owner/manager it’s something I’d want to know. Those employees would not be working for me anymore.

Picked up 5 entrees for my family. My wife found this bug in her bowl. Totally unacceptable. We threw all the food out and had to drive somewhere else for dinner. I even contacted the Chipotle Corporate customer service and they completely ignored me, even with the picture. At least a refund for the food would be minimally acceptable. I would not go to this location if I were you!!

If people are willing to pay the extra cost for double portions please add the adequate amount. Tonight 4/18/22 the woman on the rice side barely put any meat on the bowl and burrito I ordered. We go to this store regularly and there is this one person who almost actively shorts customers portions. The two people who did toppings and register were great.

Lunch was not ready at promised time, when we inquired at the desk they initially had no record but found it??? No idea why they didn't make it. Did not prepare it as directed even after the wait.Food taste was fine but unfortunately late and they missed something. Staff not apologetic for the wait or mix up.

Not sure what was going on tonight tuesday april 5th but i was doing doordash and was still waiting 20 mins afters the pickup time within that time there 3-4 different complaints of peoples orders being wrong one woman who said she had beein waiting 30 mins said her order had just been sitting there so i went to the counter and asked about the order i was supposed to be picking up and the employee at the register told me yeah its somewhere down there walks down the line looking at tickets at which time the other lady waiting for 30 mins is back her order was wrong as well then the employee tells me they gad my order but they dont know what happened to it and i tell him okay and turn to leave and i guess he was gonna say theyd remake the order but by that time im not waiting any longer this store was in shambles and as a whole chipotle ive noticed will put off preparing delivery orders unless they have no customers present trying to place an order which is obsurd i will not pick up another chipotle order for Doordash again
