Cinzetti's Italian Market

Cinzetti's has become a beloved choice for our family. We often go there when we have relatives visiting, for special celebrations, or even just for a casual meal! My kids really enjoy it, and as you can see in the picture, Cinzetti's goes above and beyond—they surprised my little one with her own special slice of cake for her birthday! The food is fantastic with a wide variety that can satisfy just about anyone. I rate Cinzetti's Italian Market 4 out of 5 stars because 1) The food is consistently excellent.

Every time I've visited this restaurant, everything has been fantastic. The appetizers I've tried were wonderful, and all the main dishes I've had were excellent as well. I enjoyed dishes like Italian sausage with onions and peppers, spaghetti and meatballs, fried breaded eggplant, and roasted chicken, just to name a few options. My wife had fettuccine with chicken, along with chocolate chip cannolis and apple crisp for dessert. I will certainly return. The photo isn't the best, but it's a memory.

Today's issue is that you serve exquisite food without providing a spoon! The server directed me to the utensils, but it took an additional 10 minutes to find them. Why would anyone serve such delicious Italian food without proper utensils? Additionally, I hardly ever receive a drink refill and I'm not even asked if I want one. The service is disappointing, especially considering the quality of the food. Your staff seems to be overpaid for the level of service provided! I noticed the tip machine used to suggest 15%, but now that's gone. Are you expecting 18% or more for this subpar service?

Cinzetti's in Overland Park, KS is hands down the best Italian restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Recommended to me by my parents, this place did not disappoint! We came here for brunch and found a lot of lunch and breakfast items, not just a few items like many places. Very nice place to grab brunch, lunch or dinner! Large selection on their buffet, all made fresh right before your eyes! Soups, salad, pizza, pasta dishes, waffles, French toast complete with hot maple syrup. Eggs in many styles, sausage, bacon, crepes, fresh rotisserie chicken ham, vegetables, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of desserts, including many flavors of hand dipped ice cream. There?s also a full service bar and extensive wine list. You can?t go wrong
