The first thing to mention is the personal touch at this restaurant. Dana, who prepares all the omelettes in the morning, is truly outstanding. I also really enjoy interacting with Christopher at the reception, even though he hasn't had the chance to climb the stairs with me just yet. The rooms are consistently clean and the staff is always friendly.

I'll start with the good. The room was very nice and updated, one of the nicest suites I've ever visited. It's a small boutique hotel, so the atrium is small, but the bar was beautiful. Now for the bad. The pool was rough, super small, and trash was everywhere. Half-eaten snacks were on the floor with ants crawling on them, and they weren't cleaned up the next day. There were no towels and water all over the small pool deck, making it slippery. Children were screaming in the pool without any parents supervising them, creating chaos. There was only one maintenance worker on site, doing his best but clearly needing help. The gym was hot and lacked hand towels, fans, or wipes to clean the machines. The treadmill was covered in dried sweat, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The complimentary breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic. They offer made-to-order omelets, a variety of hot dishes, as well as fruits, waffles, bagels, and oatmeal. The evening reception is a nice addition and the bar staff is wonderful. The new menu has plenty of options making it hard to decide, but the food tastes like a high-quality restaurant meal. The rooms are always clean and feel renovated despite the hotel being older. The location is convenient, near the highway and there are many other dining options nearby. Overall, a very good experience.

The shower in the room had to be fixed at the arrival. the man who “fixed” it said he had not the right parts for it, but it was excited and should be in order!? handkerchiefs were extremely thin! the lights had to pull through the bed because they had no switch off. at the price a motel 6 would have been better! will not stay with the budding again.

This hotel was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. The rate was great using my HH points. The room was excellent, much more stylish than I expected. We did need to make the pull-out couch and I appreciated that, knowing the sheets were fresh. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, made-to-order omelets and please tip the staff.The only downside was the party-like atmosphere outside the room after 9pm. But the room is very soundproof.
