Ixtapa Fine Mexican Cuisine

The food was good and different options that I've not seen in other Mexican restaurants. The server and owner were very nice, and the service was great. The owner also seemed to know regulars by name and greet them with a smile.

The owner took care of our group for dinner and provided top-notch service and friendliness. Very authentic cuisine and pretty reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in, and the owner said he would take care of ordering for us. He took us on a tour of Mexico, and the flavors were amazing. From pork tamales to enmoladas with cactus to squash blossom quesadillas to chicken adobado and more. The dishes were so fresh and light and unlike any Americanized Mexican restaurant that is greasy and covered in cheese.We finished the tour with sweet potato cheesecake and were well satisfied. We will be coming back again for another tour.

Loved everything about this restaurant. I had vegetarian tacos, but there are plenty of meat dishes. My friends had sweet potato cheesecake for dessert. I had a little bite, and it was scrumptious. Fair prices.They have 2 locations in K.C.
