Joy Wok Super Buffet - Overland Park

Terrible experience there tonight. We arrived between 8 8:30. They were running thier crab leg dinner buffet. There was very little food even out, no crab legs, steamed rice or honey chicken. We were there for an hour and they never refilled anything that I saw. But still wanted to charge us full price after asking more than once when they were bringing out more food. Why is the van driver for this store creeping up behind people's cars in the parking lot taking pictures of customers license plates.... Just happened at 3:40pm today when he drove to Pan Asia 100ft away and had to stop by my car and drive off when I saw him

I just love the rice noodles. I literally went just for those but I definitely enjoyed a few other items

My husband and I went and ate here because it said “super buffet” and when we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood there for about 3—5 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. We finally got our table, went up to get food and all of the warmers were nearly empty. My husband got a plate of crab and couldn’t eat it because it was cold, dry and had no flavor. The buffet is amazing! Fresh, hot, delicious food! Huge variety too! The restaurant was busy, but the buffet was well stocked and service was very fast and efficient! I’ll be back!
