Mcdonald's - Overland Park

This might be the best McDonald's I've had in a long time. I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe meal, and the chicken was so generous that it barely fit in the box (not a complaint at all!). My order was quick, fresh, and accurate, and the staff were very friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This restaurant has consistently provided some of my worst experiences. We go there mainly because they usually manage to get Happy Meal orders right, but they mess up everything else about 75% of the time. While it’s a decent option for a quick, though not particularly healthy, meal for kids, you can expect at least one mistake in every three or four orders when you choose something else from the menu.

The food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick. I would have given it 5 stars, but they were quite stingy with the seasoning. I prefer the usual amount of spread, ketchup, and pickles on my burger. Interestingly, the inexpensive McChicken sandwich was actually better than the burger.

I know it's mcdonalds, but it was lame. they are terrible, dry, tasteless and even with soak they lacked any taste. also the personal at these places grows. at least, thank you or have a good day. my $20 worth eating may not seem so much, but I worked hard for it and I would appreciate a simple thanks for the choice of mcdonald 's all once in a because.

RUDE STAFF!!!!/MANAGER!!!App was not working right so I went In to see what the issue was. Spoke to the manager and she was rude and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted my rewards. She said oh well nothing we can do and just walked away. Mind you she had no name tag or anything to indicate she was a manager or who she is at all!!! Bottom line manager or not customer service isn 't good and they need to name tags so we can identify who is who in the building!! Otherwise I could be asking a dishwasher for help and of course he wouldn 't be able to help me.
