Feedback gevenPicking up our uber eats order was a pleasant experience, staff was once again very pleasant and efficient.
Food is good, staff is good but Rapid Pick up continually has issues. Order online only to have to reorder in person. Adds 15-20mins of wasted time to my lunch. No bueno.
Called to place a pickup order then got put on hold. Then after 8 minutes with no answer got disconnected and called back and no one answered the phone. Very frustrating not being able to place an order. To add to it, then shut off online orders. Can’t believe how they handle their business.
Supervisor was helpful. She took the order even it was closed 10 min.
I had one of the worst experiences today but it was entirely DoorDash’s fault. The manager (I think it was Michelle) absolutely made amends to the situation and was very apologetic. I am grateful for Michelle’s professional response to the situation and providing a solution to a potentially big problem!
