Feedback gevenThis was not my favorite place for Pho in KC. The broth wasn't very good. I liked the self-service bar for the add-ins. I do not recommend this restaurant for pho.
You have the best pig stall. The pork chop is well marinated and cooked to almost perfection - not too hard or too soft. The portion size is ok for the price with the vegetables and egg shell on the plate, which supplements the pork stall. It also comes with the soup. The Tofu spring roll with the peanut sauce is also a delicious dish.
The restaurant was large and spacious. It had a self-service for vegetables for Pho, that was nice. The food was just decent. Personally, I didn't like the boobs of the phon. The person who took our mission forgot to submit one of our orders, and I think it was because it seemed like he'd hurry us. When he took on other customer orders, it looked like he had torn them.
The best. I'm a traveler, so I ordered pho in most major cities in the USA and around the world. This place is good! Beef stew had more cattle shocks than I can eat. It was tender and fat enough to be tasteful. I'm so glad I found this place in KS!
Unbussed tables. Bussed tables not wiped with crusty stuff on top. Low end restaurant with bad decor and lighting. Food was not great. I would have been better off spicing up Ramen noodles from the grocery store. I wanted this to be great. It wasn't even ok. I had beef pho. Wife tried #15. She took one bite of meat and it was no for her. I tried it also. Funky taste Portions were large Spring roll dipping sauce was ok Table condiments were dirty and crusty with lids open on many? Overall, just no.
