Sichuan Dynasty - Overland Park

Dined here on Monday night at 7 p.m., there were a few males, but not too busy. The food is delicious, spicy, hot and fast to come, my food came in less than 10 minutes. The waiting staff was helpful in my questions about the menu. The restaurant was very clean and they gave up my food for me when I left!

The fried rice looks delicious, but LACKS FLAVOR. The chicken was also mummy. I wouldn't get this court back. Their saving grace was the crab lagoons that were divine (not difficult to perfect). I can try another dish here as they have great reviews. 2.5 stars

I can't say enough great things about my meal in the Sichuan Dynasty. Many flavors and spices with each dish. We decided to order completely new plates (except for the Rangoon?s) just to try new food? we were not disappointed! Get a lunch or dinner in the Sichuan Dynasty when you're in the area!

Straight up BEST food I've had since moving to Kansas City! The food exploded with flavor, I cannot fully describe how phenomenal it was. The braised pork melted in your mouth, the eggplant was slightly sweet and savory. It's so difficult to describe how amazing it taste until you have it. This was paired with excellent service! The ladies were interactive, they refilled your water so stealth like that you wouldn't even know they were there. You didn't even need to ask for more rice because they intuitively KNEW to give you more. List of foods from the very best to great. 1. Braised Pork Belly 2. Eggplant with garlic sauce 3. Mapo Tofu 4. Fish in Sichuan chili Broth 5. Dry Hot Pot (beef) 6. Twice Fried Fish 7. Sauteed Green bean 8. Dan Dan Noodle Love this place! definitely am revisiting this again.
