Sonic Drive-in - Overland Park

I feel like all I do is write bad reciews anymore. There isn't good food or service anywhere anymore it seems like. Sonic wasn't any different today, order was wrong, food took long time and was cold.

I was attempting to get the $1.00 chili cheese coney, on national hotdog day, but was told that they were no longer accepting orders for some reason I couldn't understand. When I tried to get clarification nobody was there. Also about half of their ordering stalls are out of order. I wasn't super hungry so I went on with my day.

First I always enjoy sonic. consistently good fair and reasonable. the problems with this location do not reflect the chain overall. the orders are almost always wrong with delivery. the waiting time is compared to other locations. many of the stands prefer not to work. the screens and this are always dirty. at numerous locations we have come to home to find the missing or falling where ordered large sizes and got four or five tatie-Tassen let me say that again 4 5 tons. sandwiches missing or completely wrong, badly packed, etc. are there no training? Management overview is the obvious real problem here. too many others, better places close. we will not be back to this.

Pandemic totally killed this place. limited hours never enough personal terrible service. give them a chance, but always a mistake.

Must be under new management or something, this place used to be a **** hole but today I actually had good service. Just got tots and a cherry limeade, but I'm glad to see things are improving here
