Starbucks - Overland Park

I recently started visiting this restaurant, and initially, the service was decent. However, today I encountered an issue while driving through—it turned out my car was overheating. With three or four cars ahead of me, I couldn’t move due to the layout of the drive-thru. When I finally reached the window, I explained to the cashier that I needed to park my car because it was running hot and that I would return to pay. Instead of showing any understanding, she seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to pay before parking. It's disappointing that when a customer is in need, they can’t afford a little compassion.

Best dining experience in the city! Everyone is incredibly friendly, but Emily is the standout star! Make sure to give her some recognition!

Not bad. very friendly staff and clean facility. they were prompt with our order and toilets and lobby were very clean.

I began visiting this Starbucks location since my daughter's childcare is just down the street, and I must say they exceed average expectations. The interior is always spotlessly clean (I usually go inside rather than using the drive-thru, which can be quite hectic), and the baristas are friendly. I typically place my order near the children's parking lot, and my drink is ready by the time I walk in. So far, I haven’t had any mistakes with my order or any issues, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back next week!
