We experienced a frustrating situation with our pizza order. I placed the order at 7:05 for delivery, and I was informed that it would take 30 to 40 minutes. Unfortunately, 40 minutes later, our food still hadn’t arrived. When I tried to call around 7:50 for an update, the restaurant was already closed, despite their advertised hours being until 8:30. We never received our pizzas! Overall, I would rate the service and food as poor, with an ambiance that was nonexistent. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I've been experiencing consistent issues with my orders at this restaurant, which have been going on for months. Even though customers are willing to wait for an extended period—up to 90 minutes or even 2 hours—it's frustrating when the person taking the order, even for just 1 or 2 items, struggles to get it right. It often requires several repetitions, and each time, something is still wrong. Because of this, many customers are reluctant to order. Additionally, the hours indicate that they're open until 8:45 PM, but it's common for customers to call at 8 PM and hear a message saying the restaurant is closed. This situation is truly disappointing!
