Well subs- my favorite is the hot Turkey subs, and the meatball sub- ate always delish and many others.
That was the subgame in the city, but recently bread tastes like dry old bread... they changed the bread recipe... It is no longer chewing and tasty. Also the hot subs are the most time Luke warm. Firehouse quality sucks now.
2 weeks ago I ordered a sub online and came about 30 minutes after my order. I waited about 10 minutes in the empty shop before I was finally asked if I would pick up for a delivery service. Then I was told that they did not have tuna and I asked if they could cancel the order and he told me that I had to cancel it on the app, although there is no way for me to cancel it on my app. The worker told me that he would give his manager a refund and it takes a few days, but now it's almost 2 weeks and I never got my sub and I never got my refund.
Honestly, I support first responders and I always liked the sandwiches. Generally nice staff also. Unfortunately, the food is already overpriced, and then card reader asks you to tip the employee. ... that's pretty bold for a place that don't even have french fries. Yall out of dr pepper and root beer, and just gave me a cold sammich for 20 bucks.
