Gino's Pizza Pasta - Oviedo

Gino?s is our favorite Italian in Oviedo!!! We love it here! My favorite dish is the Penne Alla Vodka the sauce is so tasteful!! It comes with a salad and I always get her home salad with her house Italian dressing. You also have a Gelato section here if you're looking for dessert. They have internal and external seats. I have to say we always had a great time here, the staff very friendly and polite. Would recommend this place in Oviedo!

Get no delivery from here. I can't tell you how their service is in business, but their delivery is unfounded. I ordered a pizza to deliver on their website and after confirmation there was an estimated delivery window of 45 minutes to an hour after the order. 10 minutes after the end of the delivery window, it informed me that the delivery was complete, so I called. The lady on the phone told me that all I got was a confirmation email so I am including the screenshot of their website saying that the order is completed and when the pizza was ordered and when it arrived along with the delivery window. She also said that her delivery time is an hour and a half, although nowhere on her side says that and it goes directly against the delivery window I was given. If I had known that it would arrive almost an hour after the original estimate, I would not have ordered them first and after that I will probably not order again for the delivery or person of them.

It is really good food, but debatable when the problems are worth it. We order from here probably once a week and we always wait (5-10) past our expected pick-up time. Tonight it said order ready between 7:15-7:30, so we came at 7:20 with an update that it would be ready until 7:25. We went with our food at 7:55. I'm getting busy, but it must be a better system for customers. I still want to support them, but this has become a topic that is very frustrating as a customer.

We went to Gino for the first time and we were blown away! The pizza was great! I lived in NJ for 5 years and would go to NYC often pizza and Gino hands down is better than any NY pizzas I had. I ordered the Bianca Pizza and it was from this world!! My husband and son shared a medium buffalo chicken and they loved it. My 2 years old ate all Fritten. Dylan was our server and he was fantastic! He was on all refill drinks when we asked he delivered big suggestions to get what and was super sweet for my family and me. Thanks for the first-class service, Dylan! We will ask to sit back in your section! We had such a great meal and service at Gino?s I had to tell the owner how much we loved it. We will definitely be back many times and bring our extended family when they come to visit.

Found a hair in my food. It was towards the bottom of the bowl so I didn?t notice it until I was almost done. Told the waitress and she apologized. However, it was still on the bill. The waitress went to the manager to remove it and he refused since I ate ?most? of it. He obstinately refused to remove it. I would caution against this restaurant who sees the customer as the party in the wrong. Too bad to since the waitress was so nice.
