The Gribble Inn - Oving

For lunch while my supplier worked at the specialist motorhome and was very impressed. the staff was nice, the food was nice and the beer garden great, especially when the sun was outside! I had makrele with an salat and my wife had nikoise salat, which was actually a real tuna steak. delicious. I was not hungry enough to try a full pornstar, as the meal I saw were huge, but we are due to another visit, so surely the boat will push next time.

Great food good service and friendly staff, book early or day before on the weekend though as its limited on table space. Yorkshire puddings were like meteors!

Lovely Sunday roasts in a characterful location. Staff were very attentive and service was prompt. Roast Pork Belly (with superb crackling) and Roast Beef servings are generous and served with a selection of tasty veg. The Yorkshire pudding is huge but very light and airy. After a short break a scoop of Apple and Rhubarb sorbet plus a scoop of coffee ice cream finished of our lunch superbly.

Beautiful country pub with own brewery in front of location. eating was delicious and excellent customer service, a pleasant experience and worth visiting.

Charming rural pub, serving decent meals and a selection of ales brewed on site. Very pleasant garden where we enjoyed a huge beer battered cod chips and a delicious sausage (3) mash vegetables Service was attentive and personable. All in all a very good find during our day out. Well done to all.
