Billy Sims Bbq - Owasso

Made an online order for my wife to pick up on her way through Owasso, she picked up the order no problem but when she got home to oologah were missing several items and hadn't been given any BBQ sauce, I called and was told the items would be refunded as we didn't want to drive all the way back. This was last Friday and the items have yet to be refunded. Will stick to the Claremore Billy Sims from now on.

My wife and I were saying to each other how that was the best everything on our order especially the ribs great job guys!

Someone gotta go check on the dude in the glasses that works at this location. I work up the road and i come in here often and this kid is always swearing and all upset everytime i come in. I am trying to order food and he keeps cussing and swearing about how a customer needs to go change his diaper and just has a horrible attitude every single time i come in. I come in least 2 times minimum a week for my ribs. He never is cussing at me but he is extremely pissed every single time. If he hates his job that much let him go find another.

The food there was great along with the awesome service Mason and his crew did there.

Food was great! Usually I don’t like ribs from anywhere but Billy Sims I do. The service is great they welcomed us. And the food came instantly. Billy Sims is my favorite barbecue place and I hope you stay in business.
