Feedback gevenWe went to the bar for happy hour. The bartender, Cassandra, her shift was does at 4. The next bartender that was to replace her, I think was Jack, didn’t relieve her by the time we left, which was almost 5. It was St. Patrick’s day, so he thought he needed to run to the grocery store to get green food coloring to put in the beers for the night. If he thought that it was so important maybe he should’ve stopped before work or sent someone else so she could go home to her family. I was not happy that 3 of the managers that were there didn’t even think of stepping up to the plate so she could get out of there.
My daughter and I sat down for lunch. The atmosphere was just off. You first walk in it didn't look good. They had the silverware out on a table to do it right by the host when you first walk in. Didn't know what to do cuz the host was there and I don't know which table to set us out because the host wasn't there. The price of food was out rages for the atmosphere I was in. So my daughter and I went Roma's and had a great time.
Had great rib eye steak. And brought leftovers home. More than enough to eat.
The Server last night ruined our date night.After tipping 20% and giving a 5 star review after paying at the table. The blonde server we had (2/8/24 at 8pm) humiliated us by scolding my wife about not being able to take home our last 2 dishes of food from the all-you-eat for $14,99 special. This was our 3rd time doing this special and the other 2 servers we had didn't have a problem. I think this women maybe was just having a hard time or something. Between vacuuming right next to our table, the mean looks, dry personality, and 20 minutes before she arrived at our table in the beginning. And our last encounter with her. We have decided that since we only go out for a date night maybe twice a month we will sadly not be returning for awhile. I'm sorry Applebee's that with staff shortages you have to hire people like this but remember they are the face of the business and if it were my company I'd be embarrassed. Maybe consider a retraining course in customer service.Also please make sure all staff follow the same rules so the customer doesn't feel like a burden. Thanks.
