Feedback gevenI was really disappointed with my recent experience. Every time I've ordered wild rice soup for two people in the past, it came with two bowls and a roll. Initially, I would receive a small loaf of bread, which eventually changed to rolls—that was fine by me. However, this time, I was informed that I would have to pay extra for the rolls! I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never encountered this issue before. The server claimed she was the manager, which only added to my confusion. Why is this policy changing now? I always look forward to enjoying my soup with a roll, but today I was denied that experience for the first time. If this is how the restaurant is choosing to operate, I don't think I'll be returning. It’s frustrating that I was told by this "manager" that I shouldn’t expect bread without paying extra. I hope you can resolve this issue because I know you rely on customer business, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to come back.
