Quality Inn Suites - Owego

*Rooms dirty. Roaches are a problem. Can smell the raid in the hallways, they don 't even try to cover it up. n*Requested the jetted tub room and had to clean the tub myself!! n*Shower curtain had blood stains on it and part of the wallpaper as well. n*Pool never open. Not sure why they charge so much..? n*Breakfast is a joke. No hot foods and the food they had I wouldn 't eat after seeing the roaches in my room. Could only imagine what was in the kitchen . n*Beds are so worn out! Could not get a good night 's sleep. n nWill not return. Save yourself and stay elsewhere!

Very outdated hotel. Room 234 was awful. The bathroom had plenty of discolor in tub and toilet. Lights over the sink didn’t work. The worst part of it all. They have bed bugs!!! Never again!

If you asked for a towel you rarely got it. Staff was nice. But there was glass left on patio and never got cleaned up. Just little things. You smell weed through the vents from other people's rooms.Nearby activities: Near fast food, Hickories park and stores

Checked in 10/10. Room smelled like hot boxed cigarettes. Completely dirty. Was told by front desk they won't be cleaning rooms until Wednesday 10/12. Reminded them to clean my room and told them about stuff I found in the room. They made the beds and changed the towels. That is about it.

Overall it got the job done. The staff were friendly and the main areas were clean. The pool was closed. The rooms were very pricey. The room had used and empty toiletries. There hair dryer was dangling from the wall. There was visible urine on the floor and soiling in the tub and shower chair. However, the view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
