Friendly staff and decent service, but I would recommend avoiding places that have a "looking for line cooks" sign at the hostess stand. Our dinner took a long time, the menus were dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced, and my Chicken Parmesan was overcooked—I ended up leaving half of it.

The quality of the food is average, with many items on the menu appearing to be made from pre-packaged components. For example, the nachos looked very much like Tostitos chips, and the salsa was similarly generic. The chipotle chicken topping lacked the expected flavor and resembled bland, unseasoned chicken you might find at a warehouse store like Costco. The gluten-free pizza was enjoyable, though it was a bit heavy on the sauce. The pre-made dough was acceptable. Unfortunately, the panzerotti was small with unevenly cut toppings and an overly breaded exterior, reminiscent of a large pizza pocket. The burger was satisfactory, but the fries weren't worth ordering. In conclusion, a trip to Joe Tomato's offers a fairly average dining experience with reasonably priced food. However, to stay competitive, the restaurant could benefit from significant updates.

Kathleen was an excellent host during our visit; she was very personable, and her recommendations were just perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the food—I had the panzerotti, and it was fantastic! My wife ordered the fajita chicken salad and couldn’t stop raving about it after every bite!

First time I was here I was not impressed at all. Had a bad experience, Our friends love it so I tried again.. and have been back several times since and ALWAYS fabulous!! Proof that every place can have an off night. Best food in town for the price!! Love the fish chips! ?

Excellent food. Generous portions. Good prices. We had two appetizers and took half of the pizza appetizer home.
