Lovely staff member was very accommodating and made a snickers bowl into a smoothie cup so it was safe to eat in the car. Smelled so good in there, perhaps the Indian cauliflower soup special. I’ll stop in for lunch another time. Thoughtfully chosen eco friendly gifts as well. Appreciate the messages of hope posted as well Great spot.

Having breakfast when you are dairy and gluten intolerant can be difficult, but this place got it just right! The shakes were delicious and satisfying, and the protein bites and cookies were fantastic. They also have a great selection of clean skincare products. I will definitely be returning!

This place is such a gem! Their smoothies are some of the best I've ever had I've tried several off of their large menu and none have been a disappointment. (Pictured: seasonal pumpkin spice smoothie with vegan whipped cream)They also have delicious vegan snacks and frozen/cold foods in their display and freezer. And they're one of the few places around that carries unique vegan chocolate for the holidays!Very nice staff who always welcome you with a smile :)So grateful that this place is here in Owen Sound!

This charming cafe is situated in downtown Owen Sound and I was delighted to stumble upon it. I was impressed by the wide variety of gluten-free options available. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was incredibly nice. I expressed my excitement about discovering her shop and assured her that I would be back when in town. Sadly, she mentioned that she will be permanently closing at the end of August 2022. My heart sank upon hearing this news, but I encouraged her to look forward to better things ahead. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors and hope she is doing well.
