Taco Bell - Owens Cross Roads

This taco bell is SO MUCH better than the last one. There's actually meat on their tacos instead of the 1/4tsp they would give you (if you're lucky) from the old location. The drive through is very clean and fast, everyone wears their masks and gloves and there's no contact at the window. The drive thru lady is always so nice!

Location doesn’t appear to serve breakfast which is irritating especially since they are now just Taco Bell and Taco Bell’s now serve breakfast.

The restaurant was really busy, but the drive-thru service was quick. However, when I got home, I realized that my order was incomplete. I was disappointed because I had asked for extra meat.

During my two visits to this restaurant, just four days apart, I noticed that the drive-through cashier was not wearing a mask, which is concerning. When I inquired about it, the employee claimed that he couldn't breathe while wearing one. I reported the situation to the Alabama Department of Health and was informed that an inspector would be dispatched, but I'm skeptical about whether that will actually happen.

The service was very polite and quick. However, I deducted one star because we didn't receive what we ordered. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
