Wendy's - Owens Cross Roads

I wish it was against the law to serve old food. Hamburger buns were hard as rock on four different burgers. How can you lazy people take no ownership in serving this to people. I hope this place closes or the robots take over. They should fire all of you Tuesday 2-27-24 working at 7pm. 4 burgers 3 with stale hard buns, 5 orders of nuggets all old and chewy and five order of fries cold chewy and old! Who was like yeah that’s good send that out they won’t care they will drive all the way home and do what. The owner of the franchise should know they are wasting money on you

Went to this Wendy’s the other night well before closing, my sandwich came out wrong, the fries were freezing cold and stale. This was the worst Wendy’s I’ve had in a very long time.

I did not go inside. Did have to wait on 50 chicken nuggets but that was good. They were fresh and hot. Ate my junior frosty while I waited.

The best ran fast food in Hampton Cove. The workers truly work to satisfy the customers. My mobile order was prompt and accurate. I don’t typically leave reviews on fast food but this one stuck out. My visit was 7pm 02/22/24. This whole shift from management to cashiers should be proud and corporate should recognize.

Excellent service and the food service was decently quick not a full staff , hot fresh .
