Colby's Deli Cafe - Owensboro

I visited Colby's for the first time today and had the loaded potato soup and muffuletta sandwich. My meal was amazing and went well with the cold and rainy day. The staff was very kind, attentive and you even get a free cookie for being a first time customer. I will definitely be returning to Colby's the next time I'm in Owensboro.

I absolutely recommend the Italian sub; it's, in my opinion, the best sub shop in the area. They offer a wide variety of items, including soups and sandwiches, plus their cookies are fantastic. There's outdoor seating available, and the music is great. It's an incredible deli, and I can't wait to return!

Colby’s has delicious food and excellent customer service. My girlfriend and I came here and were blown away by the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and friendly employees. Definitely coming back on a regular basis! P.S. the biscuits and gravy are great.

This is a fantastic joint that is extremely popular with the locals. I noticed the staff knew a lot of people by name, and what their usual order was. The sandwiches are spectacular, and the house made cookies are delicious. Great place to stop for lunch.
