The workers have not a single clue as to what is going on, not a single clue as how to prepare their food, even the ice cream, which is equal major Only soft serve and need only mixed comma This confusing to these individuals. Please do yourself will favor do not eat here.
Really good food, and ice cream at a great price. Family friendly, you can buy a cake or custom order one for any occasion. My personal favorite dish is the chicken tenders tossed in BBQ sauce
We had a horrible experience at this Dairy Queen today, to the point that I’m not sure I will ever give them my business again. My mom and I each went in with a coupon for a stack burger combo. There are different options for stack burgers, so I chose the cheeseburger option, and my mom ordered the same in her separate order. The stack burger is a burger with either 2 or 3 hamburger patties on them not a single burger obviously since they’re called a STACK burger I showed the woman taking my order, whose name was Becky Young per the receipt my coupon and placed my order. My mom did the same for her order. When the orders came out, both orders contained a single cheeseburger instead of a double patty. I took mine back up to the counter and said there’s only 1 patty on here but I ordered and paid for the double stack burger. She immediately became defensive and said, “The stack burger comes in singles, doubles or triples and you ordered a single.” This is incorrect, as I could see the picture of the menu board showing stack burgers are either double or triple . I told her I ordered a STACK burger and those only come in doubles or triples and I specifically ordered a double. By that time my mom has received her order and saw that she too had only gotten a single burger. She told Becky Young the same thing, that she ordered a double stack burger, but received a single patty. Becky Young told my mom that she ordered a single stack burger again, that’s not even an option for a stack burger . Becky Young acted like we were wrong, but brought out replacement burgers to correct it. However, she again told us we ordered single stack burgers, not double. I said that’s not even an option for a stack burger and if you don’t know that maybe you don’t need to be taking orders. Instead of looking at the menu board and seeing it for herself that she has made the mistake, she told me I could leave the restaurant and stomped off. In the meantime, another employee, who said her name was Renee Bellamy, came over to our table and apologized on Dairy Queen’s behalf for the poor behavior of Becky Young by the way, it turns out Becky Young is the manager ! of that location .. . However, Ms Bellamy is the only reason I would ever come back to that Dairy Queen again, she was very sweet and apologetic for her colleague’s actions. At the end, Becky Young must have realized she made a mistake because she came out to our table and refunded us both. However, her actions had already put a bad taste in our mouth, figuratively and literally.
Go to a different Dairy Queen if possible. They're always so short staffed and it takes a long time. Lobby currently open 11a-4p, other than that, drive thru only. The workers here are very pleasant and seem to work hard! I'm hoping they get some more employees soon because it's the most convenient location for me!
It's not bad. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Wait time is ok.. could always be better.
