The food itself was cooked to perfection—over medium eggs, crispy country bacon, and potatoes mixed with onions were all delicious. The toast was warm and generously spread with a rich fat, likely margarine. The coffee was served at the ideal temperature and wasn’t overly bitter, making it enjoyable enough to drink black! I look forward to returning. As for the catalpa tree, it has various medicinal uses. Its leaves can be brewed into tea, serving as an antidote for snake bites and a laxative. Interestingly, catalpa is also known to have mild narcotic properties, historically used in treating whooping cough.

It's my favorite Japanese restaurant in Owensboro, KY. Although it's not close to my home, I gladly cross the state line to visit because I enjoy it so much.

The food is excellent, and you'll definitely have plenty of leftovers. While the hibachi could improve its skills a bit, it was still very good overall. I also tried the Japanese hooch, which was amazing!

The best sushi in town, without a doubt! Always consistent and bursting with flavor! The Geisha roll and Hillbilly roll are exceptional. However, I have to dock them one star because their so-called "American" food isn't worth ordering. The Portobello mushroom chicken should have been butterflied, and it lacked flavor. I recommend sticking to the hibachi and sushi!
